To understand what the client really wants, we begin by meeting with you to learn exactly what you want to do and what your position requirements are. We will also discuss the best option for you - whether it is contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, or maybe you need outsourced recruiting help. We use a very detailed job order questionnaire to qualify your opening, and give you our feedback as to how quickly we can provide you with qualified candidates.

We take all that information and identify a pool of potential candidates that fit your specific position utilizing our professional recruiting tactics, databases, industry networks and relationships generated from over 50 years of combined recruiting experience.
We recruit, qualify, and screen prospective candidates in this pool and supply only the top individuals to you for your review.
Our screening process includes:
A thorough phone screen where we discuss the candidate’s professional experience. This includes their technical strengths/areas of expertise, what they are looking for in a new position, why they are interested in exploring new opportunities, salary history and expectations, commute, and type of position they are seeking … contract, temp-to-perm, or direct hire.
In most cases, we will also meet the candidate in-person to get a feel for their personality, and dig deeper on the information obtained from the phone screen. This is a key step in determining whether or not the candidate will be a good fit for your company.
For key IT positions, a technical screen by a former CIO or other high level technical professional with whom we have a long standing relationship.
We truly believe in clear two-way communication and following our discussions on each candidate submitted, we manage and facilitate Interview scheduling and arrangements, Candidate communication, and Client/Candidate feedback.
We work very closely with both the Client and Candidate during the offer process. This process will vary whether the job is contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire. We have a LOT of experience being "in the middle" of these discussions and negotiations. Our goal is to make sure that all three parties - Client, Candidate, and Kamis are on the same page and that the on-boarding goes as smoothly as possible.
